Programme for universities, associations & companies

A graduating class that starts
with its own judgement.

Diplomas document what someone has learned. A Mind Model documents how someone decides — and grows along for an entire career. We set up this procedure for whole graduating classes, leadership circles and alumni groups.

What if your graduates
took a model of their thinking with them?

A university sends off its graduating class — and gives each individual not only a diploma, but the beginning of a model of their own judgement. One question a day for thirty days, started in the week of graduation. What emerges belongs to the graduate. And it grows with her.

For the young lawyer it is not the archive of a life's work but the opposite: the zero point. She sees in black and white which rules she judges by today — and can read up in ten years on what has changed. Anyone who has once seen their own thinking spelled out decides differently afterwards: more consciously, more verifiably, more independently of the mood in the room.

And for your institution it is the most credible signal of AI literacy one can send: not a tool course, but a procedure in which every person experiences on their own thinking what models can do — and what only humans can do.

A wide hall against the light — symbol of a graduating class

Three beneficiaries, three sums.

For the institution

A distinction no ranking captures.

  • 01Alumni loyalty with substance.A model that runs alongside for decades keeps the contact more alive than any newsletter — and makes returning, further education and donations the obvious next step.
  • 02AI literacy obligation, visibly fulfilled.Art. 4 of the EU AI Act requires AI literacy of everyone who operates or uses AI systems. A procedure on one's own thinking fulfils that verifiably and memorably — not as a box-ticked compulsory training.
  • 03Positioning as an institution that takes judgement seriously. While others buy AI tools, you give your people an instrument that strengthens their own judgement instead of replacing it. That is a stance — and it can be communicated.
  • 04Knowledge preservation in your own house.Retiring chair holders, departing executives, master craftsmen and chief physicians: the judgement that is just going into retirement remains queryable — evidenced and with provenance.

Effort for you: one contact person, one time window, one data protection alignment

For the individual

One's own judgement, in one's own hands from the start.

  • 01A possession, not a company asset. The model belongs to the person, not to the institution and not to a later employer. It travels along — through jobs, industries, countries.
  • 02A head start in the job interview.Anyone who can evidence their decision profile argues differently from someone with a transcript of grades. The dossier is presentable — voluntarily, self-determined.
  • 03Protection against the silent data drain.Anyone who does not model their own thinking leaves it to the platforms that read it along in passing. Here it stays encrypted in the EU and trains no third-party models.
  • 04An instrument that grows along.Six-monthly calibration sprints and domain extensions build out the model across the career — the starter model becomes a life's-work model.

Effort: 2 minutes a day · 30 days · via messenger

From graduating class to endowed chair.

  1. Programme A

    Cohort Programme

Every graduate starts their own starter model in the week of graduation. 30 days, one domain, standardised procedure, their own dossier. With your institution as the sender.

  2. Programme B

    Knowledge Preservation

For departing minds — chairs, executives, chief physicians, master craftsmen: the full mandate (Tier I–III) personally led by the inventor, handover to institution and person.

  3. Programme C

    Leadership Circle & Alumni

For active executives and alumni groups: cohorts of 10 to 50 people, joint start, shared debrief — models separate in content, one framework.

  4. Pilot 2026/27

    Two pilot places

For the first two institutions, Christopher Peterka accompanies the set-up personally, including joint publication of the results (anonymised on request). These places receive preferential terms.

Volume pricing per person.
No licence trap.

The Cohort Programme is deliberately standardised — which is why a starter model costs a fraction of an individual mandate. All amounts net, plus VAT, guide prices for classes from spring 2027.

What the starter model is not

A starter model is not the life's-work model of a decision-maker with forty years of experience — it is the evidenced zero point of a career. The elicitation is standardised and not personally led by the inventor; that is why it is possible at this price. Anyone who wants the full depth goes into Programme B.

The institution pays.
The person owns.

That is the dividing line this programme hinges on — and it is not negotiable. Without it, nobody would answer honestly, and without honest answers there is no usable model.

G·01Who sees what?
  • The institution receives no access to answers, raw data or models of individual persons — not on request either, and not in re-identifiable anonymised form.
  • The institution receives, on request, an aggregated cohort evaluation without personal reference (from 50 participants, k-anonymity ≥ 10) as well as participation rates.
  • The person decides whether and to whom they show their dossier. There is no disclosure to employers, no placement, no marketplace.
G·02Legal framework and contracts
  • Two contracts: framework agreement with the institution (service, price, process) and participation agreement with each person (ownership, consent, revocation).
  • Data processing: data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, record of processing activities, erasure concept and TOM documentation are ready; storage encrypted in the EU.
  • Voluntariness: participation is voluntary and can be declined without disadvantage — a prerequisite for robust consent in the university context.
  • No third-party training: contents train no third-party models — contractually excluded, technically kept separate.
G·03Process and timeline
  • Week 0: conversation, class size, time window, data protection alignment with your DPO.
  • Weeks 1–3: setup: branding, participation sequence, consents, onboarding material, briefing of your contact persons.
  • Week 4: kick-off in front of the class (on site or online, 45 minutes), start of the sequences.
  • Weeks 4–8: 30-day elicitation, ongoing support, weekly status report (rates, no contents).
  • Weeks 9–11: modelling, dossiers, handover to the persons; aggregated evaluation to your institution.

For a conversation we need four details

Class or cohort size · desired time window · contact person for data protection · whether Programme A, B or C is the focus. Everything else we clarify in conversation — prepare an enquiry by email or call directly: +49 160 922 696 72.

Two ways in — one costs €490, the other a conversation.

The Probe is the small proof in seven days, fully credited towards Tier I. The mandate is the whole way: 30 days, one model, your property. For universities and organisations there is the Cohort Programme.
